FFU
FFU (or Fan Filter Unit) is a forced-air air filter, with the function of providing vertical air flow, often used for mobile cleanrooms, operating rooms, and semiconductor cleanrooms. On a small scale, FFU can be mounted directly to the ceiling as a stand-alone or can be combined with a cold air blower system to create a straight air flow for high-level cleanrooms (class 10, 100, and 1,000).
Some basic types of FFU:
+ FFU with removable filter under ceiling surface.
+ FFU with removable filter on ceiling surface.
FFU has pre-filter part or not depended on customer requirements and the installation environment.
