AIR SHOWER
Air shower (or Air blowing chamber), is a dust blowing system using high wind pressure to blow dust away from people or goods before bringing it into the cleanroom, with a blowing speed of 22 - 25m/s on each nozzle. Together with the PLC controlled interlock system, it will help isolate two environments with different cleanliness classes.
Air shower is commonly used in manufacturing electronics, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, food, etc. In the cleanroom processes, the product is often placed behind the changing room.
