AIR FILTER

Air filters are often used in the following fields: Pharmaceutical, food, electromagnetic, high-end equipment manufacturing, hospitals, laboratories, etc.

Basically, air filters are used to clean the supply air as well as retain dust from the source before being released into the environment. Dust filters for air cleaning purposes usually have low dust concentrations of about 2mg/m3. Not including carbon filter, electrostatic filter, filtration is divided into: Pre-filter - "Coarse filter", Middle filter - "Fine filter", and Absolute filter or High efficiency filter "HEPA filter". This classification is based on filter material and dust collection efficiency.

The performance of each filtering principle will increase or decrease depending on the following factors: Air flow velocity, Dust particle size, Filter fiber diameter, Filter fiber density.
